Our fair and simple refund terms.

At Quran with Moeed we want every family to feel confident about joining our classes. This policy explains what happens if you need to stop or request a refund. This is a general template — please review it with a professional before publishing.
Free trial classes
The first 3 classes are completely free — no card or payment is required. There is nothing to refund during the trial period.
Paid classes
- Fees are agreed in advance and charged monthly.
- If you wish to stop, please give us advance notice before the next billing period.
- Classes already delivered in the current period are non-refundable.
Missed classes
If you miss a class without prior notice, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement for that session. If you notify us in advance, we will do our best to reschedule, in sha Allah.
Exceptional circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you have a genuine concern, please contact us and we will review it with fairness and care, in sha Allah.
